• Serve as the go-to product marketing expert for our AI offerings and strategy within the organization. • Maintain deep knowledge of the Neo4j AI product portfolio and roadmap to ensure messaging is credible, differentiated, and aligned with decision-makers' and developers' needs. • Translate technical concepts (GenAI, vector search, GraphRAG, context graphs) into strategic stories and content that resonate with decision-making personas. • Support marketing campaigns that guide decision-makers and developers through the buyer journey. • Build and deliver sales enablement content designed for decision-maker and developer conversations. • Collaborate with the AR/PR team to maintain a positive image in the press and secure favorable analyst reviews. • Identify opportunities for product improvement through feedback from customers, field teams, partners, and industry interactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years in product marketing, business consulting, or go-to-market strategy within the technology/software industry.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology, developer products/data platforms, or AI/analytics products, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business value outcomes.
- Technical acumen and demonstrated ability to understand complex products and functionality
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to drive revenue and increase technology adoption.
- Possess solid strategic thinking skills and a knack for devising effective project management and execution plans.
- Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content and delivering it effectively to target audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different groups within the organization, providing leadership and guidance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
