• Review as-is processes and partner with the Enterprise Architect to create the target operating model and high-level to-be process model • Accountable for the low-level solution design based on requirements, high-level design, current system implementation, and environment landscape • Lead the design of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and methodologies • Deliver design outcomes following the NRF project management methodology and technical governance • Provide technical guidance, design auditing, and mentorship to other Workday consultants and developers on a project team • Collaborate with business analysts, functional, and technical consultants to gather and analyze client requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing and validation • Review the design of configurations and customized Workday modules, integrations, reports, dashboards, and workflows to ensure client specifications will be met • Manage and resolve complex issues and risks that arise during the project lifecycle • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project managers • Stay updated on the latest Workday features, functionalities, and best practices • Conduct research on related emerging technologies • Support the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday solutions for clients • Provide Workday mentoring and training to support the team • Participate in the sales process including conducting system demos and estimating work effort for possible engagements

• Manage and monitor IT systems including infrastructure and systems installations, including configuration, testing, and maintenance • Implement and maintain strategies for development, deployment, backup, security, and redundancy • Proactively identify technical risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies and implement solutions • Develop market analysis or analysis of alternatives to develop technical solutions and provide recommendations • Lead technology modernization efforts including utilization of innovative solutions such as RPA, AI/ML, etc. to improve and automate user workflow processes • Engage regularly with upper management, providing reports on project status, activities, and achievements • Communicate with executive leadership, clients and stakeholders to provide status, risks, issues and recommended strategies for systems implementations and sustainment • Implement IT solutions that meeting business mission and requirements including SLAs, cyber security and availability requirements • Develop documentation including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio to support technical communication with stakeholders • Review documentation provided by third-party vendors / developers and provide feedback and recommendations • Able to install COTS/GOTS applications on Windows or Linux environments to confirm functionality and documentation including operating systems, software and scripts • Provide troubleshooting support including leading efforts across multiple teams to resolve IT issues • Test software routinely for bugs, redundancies, and security issues • Conduct high-level root-cause analysis of service interruptions and establish preventive measures

• Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes • Address all product-related queries on time • Train customers to use products successfully • Give developers with clients’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products • Report on product performance • Identify solutions to reduce support costs • Analyze customers’ needs and recommend upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements • Communicate with the sales department to win new business and increase sales • Build best practices • Keep track of sales performance metrics

• Lead **technical discovery** conversations with prospects to uncover goals, challenges, and compliance needs. • Deliver tailored **product demos** that showcase Sprinto’s unique value in the GRC automation space. • **Guide prospects** through sandbox environments or proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations. • **Build mutual action plans**, solution designs, and business cases that instill confidence in Sprinto as a partner. • **Support Sales** in articulating Sprinto’s differentiation and winning competitive deals. • Ensure seamless **post-sale handoffs** to implementation and success teams. • **Collaborate with Product** by sharing market feedback and surfacing key use cases or gaps. • Contribute to **internal initiatives** such as SE-CSM handover playbooks, sales narratives, and positioning assets. • **Support renewals and upsells** by identifying new framework needs or customer expansion opportunities. • Maintain **competitive intelligence** (battlecards, objection handling, differentiators) for GTM effectiveness.
