• Own the Full Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 15+ technical roles, including macOS (AppKit/SwiftUI) Engineers, Rust/C++ Systems Engineers, and Broadcast QA Specialists. • Strategic Sourcing: The right candidates often won’t just apply. Leverage your creativity to find and engage with potential candidates. • Technical Vetting: Conduct initial screens to ensure candidates are both a potential culture and technical fit. • Candidate Experience: Act as the primary ambassador for our mission, explaining how Renewed Vision helps people tell their stories.

• Own the partnership with our Head of Engineering and CTO on hiring EPD priorities • Manage full-cycle recruiting process • Maintain strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy • Actively source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit for stage and company • Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through outbound prospecting, company marketing, networking, referrals, and events • Leverage trends, data, research, networks, and your own industry knowledge to know where to go to find exceptional candidates for Hex • Build a solid understanding of Hex’s business and culture in order to craft thoughtful, high-quality messaging • Collaborate with the team to expand and elevate our top-of-funnel strategies • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, finance and HR teams • Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer, while keeping candidate experience top of mind • Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with creative, eye-catching outreach • Manage hiring teams end-to-end, providing proactive communication and transparent feedback • Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks/challenges, and adjust strategy using data • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, etc. to keep hiring teams aligned
