Executive Client Partner, Sales Director
Colibri Software Development
• Define a go to market strategy to best deploy / elevate the Colibri brand into the US market • Define the target plan for new clients, partners and go to market routes • Execute in building a Client Partner Sales function in the US for Colibri, including building a team function, support mechanisms and processes where required • Work with PR and Marketing teams to determine and deliver support strategies and collateral for the go to market plan and potential target client engagements (Direct marketing, Events and conferences, Advertising etc) • Work with Colibri teams to define solutions, proposals and contracts for engagements into prospective clients • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to maximise value, support and manage the engagement to ensure we drive client advocacy and team happiness.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in delivering new client partner sales from a cold start
- Track record of building growth in sales in new and existing clients, a solid and proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience of building sales functions for organisations, particularly with nearshore, offshore software development/teams organisations
- Experience of successful negotiation, contract creation and process
- Flexibility, agility and thinking on your feet
- Leadership and maturity, with C suite experience and existing relationships to hit the ground running
- A great communicator, who is able to talk the clients language, whether that be technical solutions, product and service within a particular industry or executive level.
