Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: EST Salary: $1,700–$1,800 USD/month A leading provider of ABA therapy services dedicated to delivering exceptional care and achieving optimal client outcomes is currently seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team. As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will support day-to-day HR operations and payroll functions, including onboarding, employee records management, compliance, benefits administration, and biweekly payroll processing, while working closely with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities New Hire Processing & Onboarding - Launch and monitor background checks for new hires (RBT and salaried employees). - Send new hire communications, including first day instructions, onboarding information, and benefits information. - Maintain and update the New Hire Status Document and notify internal teams of hiring progress and clearances. - Launch and manage new hire paperwork through UKG. - Upload and maintain employee documents in HRIS, including HIPAA forms and background checks. - Coordinate onboarding logistics, including timekeeping setup, onboarding schedules, and internal notifications. - Serve as a virtual onboarding moderator to support onboarding sessions and ensure completion of onboarding tasks. Employee Records & HR Administration - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS. - Process employee status changes, including transfers, job changes, and terminations. - Upload and track employee documentation such as doctors’ notes and employment records. - Assist employees with HRIS access, including account unlocks and password resets. - Support administrative HR functions and provide general support to HR leadership. Offboarding Administration - Process employee terminations across all systems, including HRIS, email, communication platforms, and operational systems. - Prepare and maintain offboarding checklists and documentation. - Upload resignation letters and offboard documentation to HRIS. - Coordinate with operations to confirm completion of employee responsibilities, including documentation, badges, and company property return. Benefits Administration - Send benefits communications to new hires and assist with benefit enrollment processes. - Maintain benefits by tracking spreadsheets and records. - Enter and update benefit deductions in payroll/HRIS systems. - Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and HR policies. HR Audits & Compliance - Conduct regular system audits across HR and operational systems (HRIS, benefits portals, communication systems, and operational platforms). - Maintain organized and compliant employee files and documentation. - Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tracking. Payroll Support - Support payroll processing by maintaining payroll tracking documents. - Track and enter bonuses, referral bonuses, jury duty pay, and bereavement pay. - Assist with payroll data entry and verification in UKG. HR Operations & Projects - Participate in HR team meetings and weekly check-ins. - Assist with maintaining HR intranet and internal documentation. - Support HR projects, process improvements, and HR operational initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or HR/payroll administration
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG preferred but not required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
