Sales Manager

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories

• Develop and implement sales strategies and drive the execution of marketing strategies across territories to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Oncology Portfolio • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify business opportunities across channels • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other relevant stakeholders • Track all sales and non-sales related SF KPIs and support the team to ensure achievement of goals • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Product Specialists to enhance performance and productivity • Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support team members and evaluate performance • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3+ years in a District Manager, Senior District Manager role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Experience in managing Oncology or other specialty therapeutic areas is highly preferred.
