Sales Support Associate
Vontive
• Assist with individual email outreach efforts, supporting the sales team's engagement with prospects through tools like Outreach and marketing email campaigns. • Manage post-closing tasks, including sending instructions, surveying client satisfaction, and maintaining positive client relationships. • Help generate lead lists, assign territories, and assist in contacting and nurturing leads. • Assist Loan Officers in pre-qualifying loan submissions by gathering and reviewing necessary client information. • Aid in the creation of lending offers in the Vontive portal, assist with securing credit policy exceptions, and participate in reviewing offers with clients. • Support Loan Officers by tracking borrower tasks, following up with clients to complete required documentation, and managing the loan submission process to underwriting. • Assist in resolving issues that arise during the underwriting process, ensuring smooth progress toward loan approval.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, credit analysis, or marketing role, preferably within the lending or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, and underwriting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
