Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership mindset
  • Proven experience in Matrix42 ESM or comparable ESM/ITSM platforms
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • ITIL Foundation (or equivalent service management certification/experience) is nice to have
  • TOGAF (or other enterprise architecture framework experience) is nice to have
