• The EDI Coordinator will be responsible for managing discrepancy reports for 834 file feeds • This position does not require you to configure EDIs; it requires reviewing and resolving discrepancy reports • In addition to EDI discrepancy management, this role will support advanced Excel-based data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and process optimization related to carrier feeds, enrollment data, and compliance reporting • Review daily carrier reports and triage member and technical discrepancies • Investigate issues and route to carrier, broker and/or create a technology case • Answer system related questions from a variety of companies with multiple benefit plans and levels • Other duties as assigned • Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data models) to support reporting and analysis • Analyze, reconcile, and audit enrollment and carrier data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process improvements • Create dashboards, automated reports, and tracking tools to support business operations and compliance needs • Ensure data accuracy and integrity while documenting processes and supporting ad hoc 834 and benefits reporting requests
