• The Benefit Administration Specialist- Technology will be responsible for working with our clients to complete the implementation, renewal and support of benefit administration platforms. • Configure benefit administration platforms with plans, rates, documents, etc. • Liaison between Employee Benefit Broker, Carrier, HR and Benefit Administration system • Answer system related questions from a variety of companies with multiple benefit plans and levels • Assist in implementing new systems and maintenance • Assist in implementing carrier integrations as needed • Assist in implementing payroll integrations as needed • Review company benefit plans and offer solutions on how technology platforms can improve efficiencies for each company • Maintain current benefit technology platform, update documents, employee & plan information as needed • Other duties as assigned
EDI Coordinator, Excel Analyst

• The EDI Coordinator will be responsible for managing discrepancy reports for 834 file feeds • This position does not require you to configure EDIs; it requires reviewing and resolving discrepancy reports • In addition to EDI discrepancy management, this role will support advanced Excel-based data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and process optimization related to carrier feeds, enrollment data, and compliance reporting • Review daily carrier reports and triage member and technical discrepancies • Investigate issues and route to carrier, broker and/or create a technology case • Answer system related questions from a variety of companies with multiple benefit plans and levels • Other duties as assigned • Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data models) to support reporting and analysis • Analyze, reconcile, and audit enrollment and carrier data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process improvements • Create dashboards, automated reports, and tracking tools to support business operations and compliance needs • Ensure data accuracy and integrity while documenting processes and supporting ad hoc 834 and benefits reporting requests
HR Coordinator

• Partner with Senior HR Consultants to support client engagements across a variety of HR topics and initiatives • Support with maintaining HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, benefits, payroll, compliance systems) to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and operational efficiency • Support with system implementations including testing and data compilation • In conjunction with the Senior HR Consultant, ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes are properly configured, documented, and consistently applied within HR systems • Leverage HR systems and reporting tools to uncover process improvement opportunities • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in electronic HR systems and, when necessary, paper files • Assist with talent acquisition activities, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding system coordination • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations • Participate in system audits, data clean-up initiatives, and process documentation projects • Other duties as assigned
