Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Adaptive Planning Manager A Adaptive Planning Manager will manage project resources and is responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting with clients on Workday Adaptive Planning projects. Develops solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains and/or clients and is capable of leading large enterprise projects. Participates in client sales meetings as Subject Matter Expert/Advisor. Actively develops less experienced colleagues and leads internal initiatives to improve domain. Adaptive Planning experience required. The Role Key Responsibilities - Responsible for leading one or more areas of a large project and/or multiple concurrent projects potentially over longer periods of duration. - Responsible for managing all stages of the project for the client, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment. - Responsible for coordinating the work of others, regardless of people management responsibilities. Managing project FTE, scope, budget, quality, and timeline. - Motivates colleagues to think outside of the box and bring ideas to fruition. - Understands agendas and others’ perspectives, recognizing and effectively balancing the interests and needs of one's own group with those of the broader organization. - Develops processes and methodology. - Provides a proactive interface between the external clients and the internal staff to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Adaptive Planning projects. - Able to consult to dependencies and integration aspects across and within Workday Adaptive Planning. - Champions a Adaptive product area within and outside of the team. - Responsible for client delivery and project satisfaction related to domain area. - Integrates with other areas across Strada and functions to provide a complete solution. - Significantly contributes to and leads efforts to develop internal resources via mentoring, coaching, and directing work. - Takes an active role in defining and leading internal initiatives for area. - Visibility as an expert within the Workday Adaptive Planning ecosystem product groups/chats. - Participates in client sales meetings, assisting with collateral creation where needed. - Creates work estimates and solutions for small to large bodies of work. The Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, or relevant field of study. - 5 to 7 plus years’ experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements in current Internet-based technology environment. - 2 to 3 years’ experience leading a project implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar applications. - Experience leading and participating in cross-functional projects. - Previous functional Adaptive Planning deployment experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization - Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths, taking appropriate action to pursue developmental activities to strengthen skills and experience. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change. - Excellent oral and written communications skills. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management and Visio - Travel up to 50% - Workday Adaptive Planning certified required - This opportunity does not offer sponsorship - Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a requirement of the role.
