• Partner with the business across multiple departments on all aspects of the hiring process for crypto talent. • Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels • Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract talent • Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process • Provide data-driven progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come
Job Requirements
- Crypto or Blockchain enthusiast required
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company
- Experience recruiting highly specialized talent (ideally with some crypto / blockchain or executive hiring focus)
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires
- Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Experience using the recruiting tools: ATS systems, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills

You will act as a Talent Advisor to support and help grow our Field organization. You will be responsible for leading and driving the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across Field Operations in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Qualifications - 8+ years of sales recruiting experience - Demonstrable experience recruiting for a software company, start-up experience is preferred - Ability to effectively articulate the Elastic value proposition and story to candidates - Ability to cold-call and establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels - Experience collaborating with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle - Authority in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques - Working knowledge of ATS tools and recruiting technologies - Bilingual in both English and Japanese.
