The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio. This includes customers in multiple HCP specialties, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts. They will be viewed as a credible expert and resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients. The Territory Manager will be accountable for driving results by embracing Lilly’s suite of models: Lilly Selling Model, Lilly Competency Model and Account Management Model to meet the needs of customers through strong execution. Territory Managers will drive consistent ways of working within the Regional Healthcare Market.
