• Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room. • Manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year. • Be the single point of contact for each client. • Coordinate between our internal team and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised. • Push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value.
Job Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients)
- Use AI and is comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI
