In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions about products, warranties, repairs and services. By providing clear, friendly, and solution-focused support, you will ensure every customer enjoys an excellent service experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch. - Provide support on product information, orders, warranties, repairs and services. - Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or escalate cases to technical teams when necessary. - Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on open cases until resolution. - Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Deliver service with empathy, patience and professionalism, reflecting the high standards of the brand.
