Senior PPC Analyst

• Manage and optimize PPC accounts across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads. • Perform regular account audits to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings. • Write compelling Points of View (POV) and strategic documentation to explain campaign insights, performance trends, and recommendations to clients. • Identify, prioritize, and implement strategies based on budget, conversion goals, and campaign performance. • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, implement, and refine PPC initiatives aligned with client goals and KPIs. • Monitor day-to-day campaign activity, budgets, and client deliverables. • Join client meetings and phone calls as the paid media expert, providing education and insights regarding your strategic recommendations. • Develop and execute strategies for search, display, remarketing, video, and shopping campaigns. • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and perform A/B testing to improve CTR and conversion rates. • Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to uncover new opportunities for performance improvement. • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of PPC efforts, analyzing performance data to ensure actual results align with desired outcomes. • Take initiative to improve processes, team collaboration, and client outcomes, ensuring excellence in all aspects of paid media.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search (PPC) executing high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing medium to larger level adspends (between 50k and 1mm per month)
  • Client-facing experience in an agency environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights and recommendations for various stakeholders within client organizations, including the C-Suite, marketing teams, finance, and IT teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization).
  • Experience with key PPC tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Tag Manager , Google Merchant Center, Shopping Feed Optimization , and bid management platforms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines while managing internal and external expectations.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies, including the interplay between PPC, SEO, display advertising, etc.
  • Experience developing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns for medium-to-large brands and eCommerce businesses.
  • Familiarity with paid search attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Fundamental knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO) to increase conversion rates.
