About us At Leap Tools, we are building the world's most advanced solutions for the interior décor industry. With customers in 80+ countries, our clientele includes Fortune 500 companies such as Home Depot, local retailers such as Alexanian's, and everything in between. We have been recognized as one of the fastest-growing tech companies by Deloitte for multiple years in a row, and we are looking for ambitious challenge-seekers to fuel our momentum and help us create an iconic global tech company. About our product Our technology lets you preview products in your own room before you buy them. Imagine you want to redesign your home and have been searching for new tiles for your kitchen, or a new rug for your living room. You definitely want to make sure it will look good in your space. We enable you to do that through our proprietary cutting-edge technology, presented in an extraordinarily simple and accessible way. Try our rug demo now! Simply upload a picture of your room using your mobile phone, and slide the rug under your coffee table: https://www.roomvo.com/rugdemo4r About You We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale a multi-client portfolio. In 2026, media buying is automated, but winning requires a human who can architect the data, audit the AI, and ensure LLM visibility. You are a hands-on operator who doesn't just chase a low CPC, but builds systems that drive high-value ROAS. If you understand that the future of search is about intent mapping and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), we want to meet you. We hire humans, not job descriptions. You should apply even if this role and salary range don't align with your experience. We’re happy to create unique roles and compensation for the right talent. What you’ll do - Growth & ROAS Strategy: Develop full-funnel performance strategies. You will move beyond traditional PPC to manage AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies, ensuring our clients remain visible in AI-generated search summaries and conversational interfaces. - Precision Execution: Own the daily health of Google Ads and Meta Ads. While you'll leverage automated bidding, you will manually steer the ship through rigorous negative keyword sculpting, audience layering, and match-type hygiene to prevent budget bleed. - Conversion Architecture & AEO: Manage the technical "source of truth." You will use GTM (Google Tag Manager) and Server-Side Tracking to ensure that conversion data (calls, forms, and offline events) is fed back into the LLMs correctly to train the bidding algorithms. - Lead Quality Control: You are the gatekeeper. You will optimize for CPL (Cost Per Lead) while prioritizing Lead-to-Close metrics. You’ll implement feedback loops to ensure the AI is finding "customers," not just "clicks." - Dynamic Creative Orchestration: Write and test high-impact, conversion-focused ad copy. You will use AI tools to generate and iterate on headlines and descriptions that maintain high Ad Strength and CTR across diverse client personas. - Data Storytelling (Looker Studio): Build sophisticated, real-time dashboards that translate complex performance data into clear business outcomes. You’ll proactively identify ROAS trends and pivot strategies before performance dips. Requirements - 3–5 Years in Performance Marketing: Proven track record in an agency environment managing multiple PPC/SEM accounts simultaneously. - Algorithmic Fluency: Deep experience with Google’s Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Meta’s Advantage+ campaigns. You know when to let the AI run and when to intervene. - Technical Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio. You should be comfortable troubleshooting tracking issues and setting up offline conversion imports. - Search Intent Expert: You understand how to map user intent across the funnel, from informational "Zero-Click" queries to high-intent transactional searches. - Lead Gen Specialist: A "hunter" mindset for lead quality. Expert-level knowledge of managing phone call tracking and form-fill attribution. - AI-Enabled Workflow: You are savvy with LLMs for research and copywriting, and you use tools like ClickUp to manage high-volume workflows without dropping the ball. - Strategic Communicator: Ability to explain the shift from "Keyword Search" to "AI Discovery" to clients, keeping them confident in their ROAS and market position. About our culture - We're a remote-first company that encourages our employees to work from where they're most productive. - We work in tight-knit teams to cultivate an ownership mentality. - We cherish curiosity and an obsession for details because we know these details are invaluable over the long run. - We're hyper-focused on our achievements and our ability to execute our promises. We act with urgency. - Work anywhere in the world for up to 3 months! - We value families, by offering a parental leave program - We offer a work-from-home stipend - Your birthday (and our company's birthday) is a day off! About our hiring process Now: You upload your resume and complete a brief questionnaire. Step 1: We arrange a video call with you to assess your abilities. Step 2: Complete a take-home assignment and attend the second video interview soon after. Step 3: You attend a third interview Step 4: You meet one of the founders. Step 5: You receive an offer. AI in Recruitment - At Leap Tools, we leverage AI technology to enhance our recruitment process. These tools assist with tasks such as resume screening, sourcing prospective candidates, and to support administrative tasks for enhanced operational efficiency. Founders and senior leadership are directly involved in our recruitment process, and AI is never used to make the final hiring decision. We are committed to the responsible use of AI in our hiring practices. Expected salary range, Ontario based: $70,000 - $110,000 + other benefits. We value exceptional talent above all else. If your expectations or seniority sit outside the stated range, you should still apply. We can scale roles and compensation to match your unique situation. This is an existing vacancy on the team.
