• Take full ownership of new connector requests, driving them from initial requirement to production enablement. • Lead and push homologation processes with Security and other internal stakeholders until approval is achieved. • Identify and resolve technical and administrative bottlenecks that slow down adoption. • Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure use cases progress effectively. • Ensure connectors are not only approved but fully operational and usable in real scenarios. • Provide technical clarity around integrations and connector architecture. • Actively drive adoption of low-code solutions across teams. • Lay the groundwork for future advanced automation initiatives.

• Develop a deep knowledge of Acquia’s products, solutions, and value propositions. • Gather customer business needs to tailor the right solution with Acquia products to help the customer succeed. • Create solution proposals, presentations, and other customer communications. • Research, scope, and estimate Drupal solutions for enterprise-grade applications. • Combat competitive threats in accounts and educate potential customers on Acquia’s key values and benefits. • Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to delivery by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design. • Lead or participate in customer-facing meetings and maintain excellent relationships with partners and prospects. • Engage with the product team to drive customer requests and influence the product roadmap.

• Actively lead a project team and complete tasks and activities in accordance with PowerPlan’s methodology. • Provide early notice of any potential risks or issues with respect to adherence to project schedules or budgets. • Lead the majority of design sessions and enable the functional lead role to stretch as a lead in some instances. • Gather and analyze client requirements to determine the design of the to-be delivered solution. • Develop specifications documents for report, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and configurations. • Responsible for the quality assurance (QA) protocols for Professional Services solution design, development, and deployment. • Support application go-live and cutover, provide knowledge transfer to clients, and ensure the client staff are ready to operate the application upon go-live.
