• Create ADRs, RFCs, and other supporting documents to ensure technical decisions are well-considered, clear, and recorded so we have context and trust in what we’re doing • Provide software designs and features that support a highly scalable and highly dynamic configuration-driven integration solution • Lead system performance improvements and operation cost management • Provide escalated technical support • Provide software automation process for health monitoring and trigger timely resolution • Work in an agile environment, scoping work to enable tight feedback loops on what’s working and what’s not • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Eng Managers on plans for iterative improvements • Maximize long-term velocity and minimize risk by using and educating on TDD, CI and other DevOps best practices

• Actively lead a project team and complete tasks and activities in accordance with PowerPlan’s methodology. • Provide early notice of any potential risks or issues with respect to adherence to project schedules or budgets. • Lead the majority of design sessions and enable the functional lead role to stretch as a lead in some instances. • Gather and analyze client requirements to determine the design of the to-be delivered solution. • Develop specifications documents for report, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and configurations. • Responsible for the quality assurance (QA) protocols for Professional Services solution design, development, and deployment. • Support application go-live and cutover, provide knowledge transfer to clients, and ensure the client staff are ready to operate the application upon go-live.

• Provide strategic guidance on cloud technologies, architectures, and real-time service implementation • Guide the team in evaluating and selecting appropriate cloud platforms and services, with a focus on solutions supporting real-time applications and low latency • Provide expert-level mentorship on cloud architecture design, implementation, and operation of scalable and resilient systems • Lead strategic decisions on cloud-native design patterns, microservices architectures, serverless computing, and container orchestration • Guide the implementation and management of Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications • Share expertise in designing, developing, and operating real-time services with minimal response times • Offer guidance on implementing cloud-based security solutions and compliance frameworks • Provide leadership in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environment design • Evaluate and advise on technologies for building high-throughput, low-latency real-time data pipelines
