Manager, Commodities Marketing – Recycling
Republic ServicesAs a leader in environmental solutions, recycling & waste, we partner with customers to create a more sustainable world.
• Oversees the marketing of all commodities to end users and customers. • Partners with the sales force to increase volumes at Recycling Centers (RCs). • Collaborates with RCs to enhance quality and drive revenue. • Monitors commodities markets to maximize revenue streams from commodity sales. • Works closely with field Sales Representatives through improved training, communication, and cooperative efforts to increase revenue and market share. • Works closely with National Accounts in responding to national bids. • Establishes month-to-month pricing for commodity sales and works with RCs to adjust rebates and cost of goods accordingly. • Develops and strengthens relationships with mills and other end users of recycled commodities. • Provides guidance and direction to the Senior Diversion Specialist and RC Operations Managers. • Represents the company at local and/or national recycling conferences.
