• Create Detailed Project Plans using MS Project and importing them into NetSuite. • Manage resource allocations, availability and forecast. • Perform weekly project status meeting and monthly Steering committee meetings • Ensure time entries are done on a regular basis, validation and approval of time entries. • Ensure the smooth movement of project based on the project plan and flag any risks. • Create RAID (Risk, actions, issues, and decision) log associated with projects. • Review deliverables, perform engagement reviews and drive quality assurance procedures. • Enforce strategic and methodical execution of program deliverables and drive outcomes. • Execute internal projects on Products and deliver in a timely manner. • The ability to organize work and lend structure to a project to ensure deliverables are completed on time. • Project Co-ordinators also serve as mentors to more junior consultants to help them improve their project management and consulting skills to be more effective • Proven track record of project delivery and interacting with all levels of management. • Execute on the project delivery processes and methodology to support total quality of project deliverables. • Facilitate Cut-over and Go-Live processes. • Contribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management and enablement

• Perform client services and support the State Compliance department on day-to-day duties: • Review questionnaire and business model assessment with client; • Consolidate & compile applications; • Review applications for accuracy and completion; • Review outgoing and incoming physical mail (electronically if working remote); • Manage client communication and ensure their needs are met; • Assist Application Specialist in resolving deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of clients; • Update internal database to reflect application progression; • Administrative work (basic Microsoft Word skills required); • Special projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

• Guide StartEngine customers through on-boarding of campaign. • Launch StartEngine customers’ offerings on platform. • Develop and execute strategies to decrease the amount of time in on-boarding and increase the number of launches per month. • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with company's mission statement. • Track and publish weekly reports using quantitative results. • File offering documents and amendments with the SEC.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership - OR equivalent experience. - Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release. - 2+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers. Preferred Qualifications: - 6+ years’ experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, shipping consumer products. - Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and automation initiatives. - Project management tools, preferably the Microsoft tool stack (Azure DevOps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel). - Documentation and workflow design skills, especially for remote and distributed teams. - Ability to balance detail orientation with strategic thinking and big-picture goals. - Passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. - Communication and change management skills. - Experience working fully remote and collaborating across time zones. - Experience with game development pipelines. - Experience with agent-based workflows (automation agents, distributed contributors). - Engineering experience or training. Game Producers IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
