Home Alliance
• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. • Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables. • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and progress reports. • Monitor project progress and track achievement of KPIs for the teams involved. • Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to review project status, discuss issues, and make decisions. • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors involved in the project. • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. • Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets. • Provide guidance and leadership to the project team, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), tools, and software.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in implementing and using data analytics to inform project decision-making.
- Familiarity with Home Services industry and digitalization processes would be a plus.

Game Producers IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
