How you’ll make an impact: As the Vice President of Enterprise Applications on our team, you will help Strata Decision Technology optimize enterprise platforms to solve business problems, streamline operations, and enable digital transformation. Every day you will lead strategic initiatives across NetSuite, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, championing AI and workflow automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. In this role, you will: - Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and transformation priorities for Strata’s enterprise applications - Partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Sales, HR, Operations, and Product to design solutions that drive business value - Lead AI and workflow automation initiatives to eliminate manual work and enhance decision-making - Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and change management efforts - Provide direct leadership to the Enterprise Applications team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration - Oversee vendor strategy and evaluate emerging technologies to support scalability and productivity - Serve as strategic product manager for the enterprise applications portfolio - Align applications strategy with company growth and operational goals - Champion responsible AI adoption and build organizational readiness - Inspire teams to rethink workflows and embrace digital-first thinking - Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership - Influence vendor roadmaps and manage partnerships effectively A day in the Life: - Engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and business needs - Lead strategic discussions around enterprise systems and automation - Support team members in solving challenges and driving innovation - Monitor progress on transformation initiatives - Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends What we’re looking for: - 15+ years of progressive IT and business leadership, including 5+ years in a senior executive role - Proven success in enterprise applications strategy and product management - Deep understanding of ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), HRIS, ITSM, and collaboration platforms - Experience driving workflow automation, AI enablement, and digital transformation - Strong skills in business problem-solving, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement - Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence capabilities Estimated Salary Range: $200,000-230,000 Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
