Who We Are: MoldCo is revolutionizing healthcare by addressing the public health crisis of mold-related illnesses, an area often overlooked by traditional medicine. With our evidence-based, patented approach and founding team of world-leading scientists, pioneers and physicians, we are making specialized care accessible to patients suffering from Mold Toxicity / Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). MoldCo has raised $11 million in funding and we are now expanding our services nationwide, offering the first-of-its-kind telehealth solutions, specialized lab tests, and evidence-backed treatments. About the Role: We’re looking for a Head of Optimization to partner directly with our Head of Growth in unlocking every lever across our patient funnel, from first touch to long-term retention. You’ll run bold experiments, relentlessly analyze results, and turn insights into performance lifts that compound over time. We’re looking for a full-funnel optimizer who lives in dashboards, dream in hypotheses, and launch scrappy experiments that punch above their weight. You’re the person who spots friction no one else sees and can’t rest until it’s gone. You’ll master customer acquisition across the funnel, from curious site visitors to loyal, returning patients. If you love the details, challenge assumptions with strong data, and can’t sleep until you hit inbox zero, you’ve found your home. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and want your work to drive real change in healthcare, you’ve found your home. If you have a picture of Nathan Fielder as your background, this is for you. We’re hiring a full-time, remote-friendly employee based in Miami, Boston, New York, San Francisco, or Austin. You will report directly to our CEO. What You’ll Do: Build and monitor funnels and KPI dashboards. Run A/B and multivariate tests on acquisition channels, landing pages, onboarding flows. Find and execute high-ROI micro-experiments. Manage lifecycle comms (email, SMS, retargeting) for retention. Test unconventional acquisition channels and present results fast. Secondary: Support analytics implementation (tagging, tracking, attribution). Partner with product/design to remove friction in key flows. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years in an analytics-focused growth marketing role (preferably in healthcare, digital health, or consumer technology). Mastery of marketing analytics, A/B testing, website/product funnel optimization, and campaign management. Hands-on experience with growth marketing stacks (CRM, email, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms, session recording, heatmapping, tag management). Deep understanding of the digital/patient journey, user segmentation, and data-driven decision-making. Analytical, detail-oriented, and creative; able to work cross-functionally and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management and multitasking skills in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment. How to Apply: Along with your application, please include a short written response to the following question to hiring@moldco.com: Tell us about the smallest change you made to a funnel that drove the biggest lift. What did you learn? We’re looking for concise, impactful examples that show your optimization mindset. Why MoldCo? Mission-driven, high-impact work with a passionate, agile team Opportunity to shape the future of healthcare Full remote flexibility and competitive compensation Benefits included: Competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications with performance-based incentives.
