Conversion Manager

• Lead, manage, and rapidly scale a large conversion desk • Drive sales performance with a strong focus on conversion rates and closing quality • Implement structure, KPIs, and performance monitoring across the team • Work closely with overseas owners and senior management • Maintain a professional, motivated, and compliant sales environment • Ensure full adherence to regulatory and compliance standards • Build and maintain positive staff relations during rapid growth

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in conversion or sales management
  • Proven experience managing large, high-volume sales teams
  • Strong personal sales and closing skills (assessed via simulations)
  • Demonstrated experience working in regulated environments
  • Prior exposure to the following markets is a strong advantage: Asia, Africa, Caribbean
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage performance, discipline, and motivation at scale
  • Must be based in the Philippines (remote role, no relocation)
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a bonus
  • Ability to provide at least two professional references
  • Willingness to undergo all required screening during the interview process
