• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the foundational primitives upon which everything at Render is built. Your scope spans compute & orchestration, network topology, traffic, and routing features, and data storage infrastructure. • Drive prioritization across Render's platform investments, balancing the leverage of foundational capabilities against near-term product and business needs and being able to negotiate those tradeoffs. • Partner deeply with Engineering & other Product teams to shape the technical direction of Render's core infrastructure, ensuring architectural decisions optimize for long-term reliability, performance, and extensibility.
