• Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that support IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capabilities. • Partner closely with the Service Asset and Configuration Manager to engineer scalable asset data solutions, automate integrations, and improve the accuracy, reliability, and governance of asset and configuration data within ServiceNow. • Lead the implementation of solutions that enhance asset lifecycle management, strengthen platform integrations, and improve operational efficiency across the enterprise. • Deliver reliable asset management data and solutions to support Oportun's mission to build a better financial future through responsible technology management and operational excellence.

Role Description The Sr Manager, Capital Markets and Treasury reports to the Director of Capital Markets and is responsible for forecasting and optimizing corporate cash among the organization's operating entities. The Sr Manager will work to enhance existing corporate cash forecasting models and processes by integrating data from the organization’s financial systems and forecasting sources and uses of cash based on the organization's planned operating and financing activities. The Sr Manager will work closely with Finance leadership, Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets, Data Management, Controllers, Sourcing, and business lines. Responsibilities - Responsible for the organization’s overall liquidity management and enterprise corporate cash forecast. - Enhance cash forecast model effectiveness and transparency by improving reporting and integrating cash management data sources. - Aggregate internal data and vendor cash management data to create a robust and capable cash management forecasting platform. - Perform back-testing of forecast to identify and implement improvement opportunities. • Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support via phone, chat, or ticketing system (ServiceNow). • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues related to hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. • Accurately log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests according to the established Priority Matrix. • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support teams with proper documentation and detailed troubleshooting notes. • Maintain high customer service standards by ensuring courteous, timely, and effective communication with end users. • Monitor and analyze support requests to identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements. • Reinforce SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to manage end-user expectations and ensure operational compliance. • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure user satisfaction and issue closure. • Continuously expand technical and procedural knowledge to support evolving IT environments.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Oportun’s Contact Center and remote employees, including desktops, VDI environments, headsets, and IP telephony systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Five9, VDI technologies, VPN, and network connectivity impacting both in-office and remote user productivity. • Support onboarding and offboarding of staff, including device setup, software installation, and account provisioning via Okta, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. • Manage and resolve incidents via ServiceNow, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with end users and IT partners. • Assist in the implementation of new hardware and software across Contact Center and remote environments. • Monitor and analyze recurring issues to identify opportunities for process or technology improvements. • Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, peripherals, and licenses; assist with audits and asset management activities. • Collaborate with network, telephony, and infrastructure teams to support technology upgrades, endpoint optimization, and system reliability. • Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, empathetic, and solution-focused. • Document technical solutions and contribute to team knowledge bases for continuous improvement.

• Participate in the month end close process, and will be responsible for the preparation and recording of journal entries. • Perform daily reconciliation of payments and disbursements. The role will also own the reconciliation of the related Balance Sheet accounts and the documentation of any observed variances. • Ensure that all daily payments are setup and approved in an accurate and timely manner. • Consolidate and share daily and weekly summaries of US banking activity with Capital Market and Finance teams. • Coordinate banking access and other core bank account administrative activities with the Finance and Treasury management executives. • Oversee that on a daily basis all vendor deposits are reconciled to the loan level detail. • Analyze, identify, and implement potential process and systems enhancements to create efficiencies and reduce resource allocation for routine tasks, procedures, and reports. • Assist with any internal/external audits to ensure all deliverables are met by designated due dates. • Assist with ad hoc research, analysis, and reconciliations for the Finance and Treasury departments.

• Manage and support the lifecycle of information security policies, standards, procedures, and related governance documentation. • Coordinate document reviews, stakeholder collaboration, approvals, renewals, attestations, and publication timelines. • Track policy review schedules, exceptions, approvals, versioning, and governance workflow activities. • Interpret and map regulatory and framework requirements to organizational governance documents and controls. • Support governance alignment efforts related to PCI-DSS v4.0.1, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0, SOC 2, SOX, and FTC requirements. • Review governance documentation for clarity, consistency, completeness, enforceability, and alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements. • Draft, edit, and maintain governance documentation using concise, professional, and active voice writing principles. • Support audit, assessment, and compliance activities through governance documentation review and evidence coordination. • Maintain governance repositories, templates, and document management systems.
