Proposals Manager
Elligo Health Research
• The Proposal Manager implements the proposal and contract processes, assigns tasks to be done and makes sure the proposal is relevant and accurate. • The Proposal ensures that all the company’s proposals are fully executed from start to finish. • This involves coordinating the proposal process, preparing the actual proposals and presenting them to clients. • Disperse information and overseeing the production of all the parts of the proposal • Visits the client to discuss their needs and any issues, ongoing processes, as well attend necessary meetings • Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines • Editing and revising proposals according to feedback • Reviewing products, services, and/or business ideas • Creating strategies for convincing others to take appropriate action • Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong time management skills
- Strong written English language skills
- Ability to work with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout Elligo to achieve business results effectively and professionally
- Proactive and timely follow-up skills: the ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholder needs as needed
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks respond to department requests and collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions
- Ability to create compelling presentations that meet clients’ pain points to gain new business
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical and medical device products.
- Proven experience executing full sales cycles (prospecting through closing and retention/upsell)
- Self-starter and able to work independently and collaborate across different teams to meet company goals and projects
- Flexible in nature to accommodate new program growth and change.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads
- General and clinical understanding of the Clinical Research/pharmaceutical market.
