Key Responsibilities: - Architect the Strategic Messaging Pricing Engine: Lead the solution design for our next-generation messaging pricing capabilities. Translate advanced business requirements from our commercial teams into technical specifications for a dynamic, data-driven pricing engine. - Multi-Product & Bundle Architecture: Design architectural solutions that support cross-selling of messaging with other Sinch products. Ensure the pricing platform can effectively implement and manage complex commercial constructs, including product bundles and cross-portfolio discounts. - Architecting for Commercial Strategy: Act as the subject matter expert on how the pricing architecture can support the business. Translate complex requirements from deal-making and commercial strategy into technical and architectural solutions, ensuring the platform design enables flexible price positioning and custom deal structures. - Inform Design with Competitive Analysis: Build and maintain a strong point of view on competitor pricing and capabilities, ensuring this intelligence informs the design of our pricing systems. - Pricing Model & Rate Card Design: Translate advanced business requirements into technical specifications, including models that incorporate multi-product bundles and discounts. Guide the development of client rate cards. - System Integration & Impact Analysis: Define and document critical integration points and data flows between our pricing platforms, cost management systems, the mediation layer, and services influencing message routing. - Drive Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Go-To-Market, Sales, Product, and Finance to build relationships and insights about each commercial environment, ensuring solutions meet strategic objectives. REQUIREMENTS - Extensive Experience: 8+ years in pricing architecture, solution design, or a senior business systems analysis role, preferably within a multi-product SaaS, CPaaS, or telecommunications company. - Proven Track Record in System Design: A history of designing, implementing, or managing complex pricing or transaction engines, with direct experience enabling product bundles and cross-sell promotions. - Deep Technical & Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of messaging product economics, various messaging pricing models, and the critical influence of routing on profitability. - Expertise in Translating Requirements: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and commercial needs into robust technical and architectural requirements for engineering teams. - Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to partner with and advise senior business and technical stakeholders. - Transformation Leadership: Experience operating as a subject matter expert or lead business analyst on large-scale, cross-functional projects.
