• Lead enterprise application implementation, integration, and modernization projects from initiation through deployment. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver business value. • Use Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage work items, user stories, sprint plans, roadmaps, reporting, and delivery metrics. • Coordinate system integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition-to-support activities. • Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and executive communications. • Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Setup and configure the Hexagon EcoSys platform for clients. • Customize Ecosys modules to meet client specifications and business requirements. • Integrate EcoSys with other enterprise systems and data sources. • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using EcoSys tools. • Write and optimize scripts and queries to enhance the functionality of the EcoSys platform. • Conduct testing (system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, etc.) and data migration prior to launch. • Provide technical support to end-users and administrators. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EcoSys platform. • Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials. • Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of the EcoSys platform. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for EcoSys implementations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. • Ensure the EcoSys platform is up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. • Stay current with the latest features and updates of the Ecosys platform and related technologies.

• Collaborate with project sponsors/stakeholder groups to understand scope of a project. • Utilize pre-existing parametric estimating tool to generate parametric estimates in accordance with AACE estimate class requirements for substation and transmission projects based on conceptual scope of work for the project. • Utilize existing estimating templates to generate assembly-level cost estimates for projects based on detailed scope of work and 30-50% engineering design. • Facilitate the identification of changes to the parametric estimating tool to provide data in a more usable format for subsequent use in the project schedule and cost management. • Utilize estimates vs actuals cost comparisons from projects to refresh & update cost data in parametric estimating tool. • Revision of existing cost data in parametric estimating tool, to assist with structuring of the enterprise estimating system and work with developers for implementation. • Improve coordination of estimates to avoid duplication of estimates, improve ownership, and avoid overlaps in estimate scope. • Train estimators on revised tools, especially for contracted estimators and assist with development of standard work instructions to standardize project scoping and estimating. • Ability to use estimating software to generate cost estimates and to go through the QAQC process. • Have the flexibility to attend client and company meetings as needed.

• Develop application in PowerApps using Dataverse, Power Automate, Excel, Forms and SharePoint online. • Use multiple Out-of-The-Box connectors with Power Apps, Power Automate. • Develop and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions that integrate seamlessly with Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and other enterprise systems. • Build and run AI-assisted solutions using Claude locally — outside of the Microsoft 365 environment — for development, prototyping, and automation, while keeping data handling compliant with organizational and client controls. • Incorporate adaptive cards, variables, triggers, connectors, and API integrations into Copilot Studio solutions to maximize functionality. • Collaborate in prompt engineering: crafting effective prompts, skills, and grounding/context strategies across both Copilot and Claude (and related tools). • Participate in solution testing, validation, and quality assurance Technical feasibility analysis, solution design documentation, and user guides. • Ensure solutions comply with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance standards, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies. • Apply strict data-control practices to all AI tooling — including locally-run models such as Claude — ensuring sensitive and regulated data is handled, stored, and transmitted in accordance with policy. • Mentor teammates, provide technical guidance, and handle escalated issues from deployed solutions.

• Design, implement, and optimize workflow automation within Asana and related business systems • Configure and maintain Asana workspaces, teams, projects, portfolios, templates, and custom fields • Develop scalable project and task structures aligned with organizational workflows • Standardize project management processes and governance within Asana • Optimize permissions, access structures, naming conventions, and organizational standards • Build cross-platform automations using: Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Slack / Microsoft Teams, Outlook / Gmail integrations • Analyze existing operational workflows and identify automation opportunities • Build dashboards and reporting structures within Asana • Support integrations between Asana and external systems • Develop workflow documentation, SOPs, and user guides • Train team members on Asana usage and workflow standards
