Join our 2026 Management Trainee Program in Bulgaria and get a taste of our business while focusing on your professional development. Our program will give you the opportunity to go into a deep in different areas and will offer you a professional and personal development, hands-on training & networking opportunities. The program is based in Sofia, with duration of 12 months and with full-time working day, labor agreement, and monthly remuneration. You will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving the right feedback and coaching, then it's up to you to prove yourself. You will have the opportunity to taste the future and with rotations through our Functions, will be behind the scenes of: - Our Category planning and Marketing teams: collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will "taste" the experience of how implementing brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision, drives sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. - Sales & Sales Operations Teams: You will "taste" the passion behind sales process and data that drives them. - Customer Service & Logistic team: You will "taste" the complexity and importance of service to our customers.
