Role Description Le département Finance recherche un(e) alternant(e) Contrôle de Gestion Headquarter (HQ) pour septembre 2026. Quelles sont les grandes missions du poste ? Sous la supervision du Contrôleur de Gestion Headquarter, il/elle aura pour principales missions et responsabilités suivantes : - Clôtures mensuelles / Budget - Préparer les tâches de pré-clôture : analyse des engagements de dépenses avec chaque responsable de budget, et échange avec les différents interlocuteurs pour action dans SAP - Durant la clôture être en lien avec la comptabilité (préparation des provisions, vérification de l'exhaustivité des écritures), et mettre à jour nos tableaux de bord afin de piloter l'atterrissage - Participer à l'analyse des variances mensuelles sur les différents départements du Headquarter (Marketing / R&D / Fonctions support telles que IT, Finance, RH) - Aider à l'identification des risques et opportunités permettant de faciliter le processus de décision - Participer activement à l'élaboration budgétaire ainsi qu'aux différents forecasts sur l'ensemble des départements du HQ - Production de tâches/d'analyses ad-hoc à la demande des opérationnels - Production/Amélioration de procédures - Outils - Construction/Optimisation de tableaux de bord facilitant le processus de décision - Soutien au Contrôleur de gestion dans le déploiement généralisé de l'outil SAC afin d'améliorer le pilotage des frais de siège pour le HQ Qualifications - Étudiant(e) en Master 2 en école de commerce, université ou école d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation en finance, contrôle de gestion, audit ou équivalent. - Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel. - La connaissance de SAP est un plus. - Anglais professionnel requis. Requirements - Bonnes capacités de communication et esprit d'équipe. - Proactivité et capacité à travailler de manière autonome. - Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse. - Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail.
