What You Will Do: - Receive and process customer estimating requests across multiple brands accurately and promptly. - Review and verify order details, making corrections as needed to ensure accuracy. - Interpret complex customer requirements and expectations to deliver precise estimates. - Understand and manage complex customer requirements, resolving product application issues in estimating requests. - Communicate with customers to clarify ambiguous requests and resolve issues. - Utilize business tools, processes, and procedures to manage estimating requests. - Track and compile data for measurement, analysis, and reporting purposes. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate account handling and quick resolution of customer concerns. - Work with the estimating team to identify and implement process improvements. - Prepare pricing estimates for hollow-metal products, understanding basic customer specifications. - Consistently meet service level agreements set by management. - Partner with cross-functional groups to drive continuous improvement in estimating services. - Contribute effectively within a team environment. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
