The Senior Project Coordinator works with the Optus sales team, customers, technical experts and subcontractors to facilitate project rollouts and installations from start to finish. This includes reviewing SOW’s, creating and maintaining project plans and schedules, scheduling technicians, documenting progress, ensuring all deliverables have been met, and ensuring customer satisfaction. For candidates outside of driving distance to our office, this role may be offered as a remote opportunity. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and review of project SOW’s - Develop project plans and schedules necessary for the successful completion of projects and rollouts - Negotiate, schedule and coordinate project resources as needed, leveraging Optus resources whenever possible - Place and\or coordinate equipment and material orders and shipments needed for projects - Manage project scope, create change orders when needed and gain customer approvals prior to authorizing additional work - Conduct conference calls with customers and vendors to update project progress and status - Take necessary action to keep projects on schedule and on budget - Gather all project documentation, deliverables and project costs to ensure proper costing and customer invoicing to complete a project - Develop internal process documentation and external customer documentation - Develop opportunities to improve the pre or post project\installation processes - Possess an in-depth understanding of customer specific account requirements - Coordinate complex new or move, add, changes for carrier services if needed - Handles complex scopes of work, issues, or customer challenges; escalates to Management if needed - Serve as mentor/trainer for team members as assigned by Management - Model appropriate behavior in regards to Optus’ Core Values and Code of Ethics policies and supports Optus’ team approach to quality to drive Optus forward - Other duties or tasks as assigned by management Requirements: - College degree preferred or equivalent experience - 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience in the telecommunications or low voltage industry. - Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Outlook - Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills - Strong negotiation skills - Must be a team player with a positive attitude and able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills - This position requires the successful candidate to be able to multi-task, work within externally developed deadlines, and respond promptly and efficiently to change. The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of technical projects across the United States and it territories as well as Canada. They will have direct responsibility for team that may include project managers and project coordinators. They will work to ensure all customer and internal metrics are being met and customers have a high degree of satisfaction. This position interacts with all internal departments to facilitate compliance with documented processes and corporate directives and goals. This is a deeply involved manager role requiring hands on work and managing a project workload independently as well as leading the team. This can be a remote position if you do not live within daily driving distance of our office in Jonesboro, AR. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage customer-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. - Collaborate with service and sales teams to align resources with customer requirements. - Monitor SLAs and internal metrics; implement remediation plans when needed. - Identify trends in customer or department activity and develop action plans. - Draft and review project SOWs, develop project plans and schedules. - Create documentation and provide training on processes and policies. - Maintain an individual caseload while supporting the team and covering absences. - Model behaviors aligned with Optus’ Core Values and Code of Ethics. - Train, guide, and develop direct reports to meet organizational goals. - Facilitate team meetings, hold one-on-ones, and address performance issues. - Provide guidance on complex problems and customer interactions. - Drive process improvements through suggestions, teams, and root cause analysis. - Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction. - Perform other duties as assigned. Summary: The Lead Infrastructure Technician installs, maintains and troubleshoots cabling and fiber infrastructure as well as installs and connects various network devices. The Lead Infrastructure Tech works directly with the engineers, project managers and customers to review work orders, project scope and any other requirements. They should be knowledgeable and understanding of telecommunications standards, as well as able to understand customer needs in order to provide recommendations. The Technician will consistently provide clear and concise communication via email and phone to the project manager and\or customer. The chosen candidate will provide exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
