• Support program planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, and milestone tracking. • Track project progress and maintain visibility into risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. • Identify delivery risks, operational blockers, and cross-team dependencies and support resolution. • Maintain program documentation including project plans, delivery plans, risk logs, and status reports. • Prepare delivery updates and program status reports for leadership and stakeholders. • Support resource planning and capacity tracking across teams. • Assist with budget tracking and financial coordination activities. • Facilitate working sessions including planning meetings, delivery reviews, and cross-team coordination meetings. • Support onsite team events, workshops, and program meetings when needed. • Support operational improvements to strengthen delivery visibility and coordination. • Help improve program workflows, documentation practices, and cross-team collaboration.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in technical or software delivery environments.
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
