We develop, design, built and deliver equipment to major OEMs, EPC’s, and plant owners world-wide. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for the customer experience. They will drive the direct contact for select customers utilizing a high value sales approach. The RSM must also grow into representing the first stop for technical questions about the products. They will be supported by an experienced team and should grow to handle small technical questions that arise in the field. By selling the value, process and product improvements delivered by Burgess-Aarding, the RSM will maintain / increase sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts. This role is accountable for executing assigned sales goals and sales plans. The RSM is responsible for securing sales, directly or via channels, for new installations or systems while building and maintaining effective channel partner and end-customer relationships. Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Conducts seminars, presentations and attends trade shows to generate new sales of OE, services and parts. - Recommends the selection of new reps and distributors and is responsible for the training, management, installed base and support of existing distributors to meet sales targets and objectives. - Handles customer and prospect inquiries/leads and provides technical/business support as required, including recommendations on business decisions and initial review of conditions and terms of sale. - Prepares regional sales forecasts on a yearly routine and report weekly on short term sales forecast. - Maintains an in-depth understanding of the territory market potential. - Accounts for meeting annual targets. - Holds channel partners accountable for meeting annual targets. - Analyzes customer specifications and performance requirements to determine the optimal solution that fits into existing product offerings. - Delivers, follows-up and manages questions for all proposals in assigned territory including quality of presentation, accuracy, completeness, cost control and resulting profit for all projects. - Identifies & suggests any additional accounts that should be managed directly or moved to other channel partners for targeted sales development. - Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. - Ability to Travel 35%. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Experience. - 3+ years of selling capital equipment into industrial markets. - Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills required. - Team oriented and strong communication skills required. - Proven results identifying business opportunities and a track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets. Preferred Qualifications: - Significant personal motivation, goal orientation, diligence, and attention to detail. - Technical background with a basic understanding of Acoustics and/or process design preferred. The Project Manager III is responsible for the leadership of projects that are cross functional and have a high degree of complexity. The Project Manager III is fully knowledgeable of best practices of project management. The Project Manager III will be responsible for multiple projects running concurrently. The Project Manager III is responsible for mentoring and training other members of Project Team. Requires collaboration with resources managers, lead team members, Finance, and executives. • Monitor and track progress against plans. • Report status to project stakeholders through multiple formal communication methods (e.g, monthly status reports, bi-weekly snapshot reports, project plan updates) and informal methods (e.g, ad-hoc requests and email). • Communicate effectively with project team members, management, and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectives. • Create status reports on a regular basis. • Actively engage in continuous improvement of the organization's project management processes and standards. • Monitor actual project hours and costs against the project/program estimates and budget. • Monitor and report on the project budget. • Other duties as required. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience. • Must have 8+ years demonstrated project management experience and project implementation. • Experience with distributed project teams required. • Excellent prioritization and organization skills, especially the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all staff levels in the company and with clients. • Able to work extended hours when needed to help meet project deadlines. • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical. • Experience working in a fast paced, high-effort, dynamic work environment. • Experience with Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP system. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in thermal oxidation or air pollution control preferred. • PMI / PMP certification strongly preferred. The role of the Project Manager II is to take ownership, initiate, plan, execute, and finalize projects task Independently on a few mediums to large projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for the leadership of projects that are cross functional and have a relative degree of complexity. This position is knowledgeable of best practices of project management and fabrication industry and responsible for the overall health of the project, ensuring that requirements/deliverables are established and met for all stake holders such as Customer, Management and the project is delivered before schedule and below budget. This also includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and Vendors in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee technical and quality control throughout its life cycle. The Project Manager is responsible for the technical design and engineering schedule internally and with vendors for all Emission related projects which will encompass multiple engineering disciplines (process, mechanical, structural, electrical, controls) in which the Project Manager is either directly or indirectly involved. He/she will interface with an internal fabrication shop, external fabricators, external engineered-component suppliers, and third-party engineers. The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple projects running concurrently. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Energy or Emission Controls or Refinery or Structural steel fabrication. • BS degree in Mechanical, Business, Industrial or Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Knowledgeable of industry processes, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrument, and controls with ability to interpret P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, detailed fabrication drawings, create field erection procedures. • Ability to overcome obstacles to achieve goals and adapt to a changing environment. • Experience using MS Project Scheduling, MS Office, Excel, understanding of ERP.
