• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within resource limits. • Facilitate tasking, tracking, and coordination of personnel and activities from project initiation to closure. • Provide administrative support, including document filing, word processing, mail handling, and office equipment operation. • Coordinate and support meetings, events, and official correspondence, including agendas, briefings, and visual aids. • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting for program progress, financials, personnel, and training compliance. • Oversee timekeeping for staff, ensuring accurate reporting in ERP systems in accordance with regulations. • Manage travel arrangements, authorizations, claims, and associated documentation for personnel. • Coordinate shipping and supply activities, including order compilation and adherence to shipping policies. • Support safety and facility management, including building maintenance, fire warden duties, and incident reporting. • Review, proofread, and edit official correspondence, meeting minutes, and action item tracking to ensure quality and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or administrative support, preferably in government or defense-related programs.
- Must be eligible to possess a final U.S. Government security clearance.
- Proficiency with project management tools and systems, such as ServiceNow and ERP platforms; familiarity with Navy ERP is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop strategies to attain budget, schedule, and performance goals
- Manage a multitude of varying, complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills.

The role of the Project Manager II is to take ownership, initiate, plan, execute, and finalize projects task Independently on a few mediums to large projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for the leadership of projects that are cross functional and have a relative degree of complexity. Key Responsibilities Campaign Operations & Management - Support the planning, routing, documentation, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on autoimmune-related projects. - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure campaigns deploy on schedule and align with strategic objectives. - Provide project management support for PFM conferences, virtual events, and brand-level initiatives (e.g., B2B newsletters, video development, thought leadership, PR activities, collateral updates, and social media campaigns).
