• Conducting business activities and lead sales efforts to ensure new customer acquisition and deliver annual revenue by: • Business planning - Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan • Researching & identifying the market and develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery • Developing a strategy for the e-commerce and pipeline planning to reach the key prospects - using multiple team resources, including sales development representative, professional services department and marketing support • Performing the necessary sales activities to obtain meetings with clients • Managing the sales process (including price negotiation) all the way to closing business • Being a trusted advisor to the customer by conducting thorough business needs analyses and help determine what solutions are best for the client based on their technology footprint, strategic plans and technology strategy • Existing clients care, nurturing and own relationships with accounts/prospects over webinars, calls, emails and, in some instances, face-to-face meetings (e.g. events) • Preparing client briefs, managing the CRM system data are up to date and manage the sales cycles through execution • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting (weekly, monthly, quarterly sales targets and KPIs) • Demonstrating initiative to grow the business
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (level of native speaker)
- Experience in selling consulting hours in the field of MarTech and Marketing Automation, or related tech. field (B2B sales)
- Knowledge of new digital marketing trends marketing Automation Software or Tactics to understand the customer potential needs
- Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed, able to work autonomously
- Proven track record of bringing new business
- Focused on a high level of customer service, having a passion for building relationships with clients and helping their businesses
- The ability to adapt to new environments
- Leadership skills
