Lead Developer – IT Manager

• Manage a team of developers and oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of CDN services • Ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performance systems, while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to DDoS mitigation, web acceleration, SSL certification, and cloud services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in CDN and cloud services • Lead the team to establish and maintain DevOps practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery • Ensure 24x7 availability and provide timely resolution of production incidents and customer issues • Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in the tech industry with expertise in DDoS mitigation, Kong and Nginx, web acceleration, SSL certification, scalable systems, cloud services, DevOps, and leading 24x7 teams.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
