Position Summary The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for promoting and selling Polyglass Roofing products such as membranes and coatings within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and architects while achieving monthly sales targets. The TSR will also support forecasting efforts and gather competitive market intelligence. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and develop new business with distributors, contractors, and specifiers - Conduct joint sales calls with the RSL and lead independent customer visits - Maintain and grow existing customer accounts within the territory - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets - Participate in sales meetings and strategic events with key partners - Explores project leads and opportunities that are in an assigned geographical sales district - Monitor and report on product issues, competitive activity, and market trends - Deliver presentations to architects, distributors, and other stakeholders - Prepare timely reports and analyze sales data - Plan and organize work effectively to achieve results - Manage projects and ensure timely execution - Perform additional duties as needed Required Qualifications - 2–5 years of sales or related industry experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Work Environment - Remote position - Minimum 25% travel within assigned territory - Frequent travel to customer locations and company facilities
