• Drive collaboration across internal teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable business impact. • Ensure alignment between advisory, technology, and operations while strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth across multiple engagements. • Enable communication between clients, other EXL business units, internal support staff, as well as multi-functional and multi-shore project teams. • Responsible for leading engagements and achieving ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced financial landscape. • Frequent travel to client sites across the US may be required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years in Insurance or financial consulting
- 5+ years in a leadership or client-facing role.
- Proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar accounts, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in technical design discussions and the ability to provide strategic consulting to enable large-scale engagements is essential for this role.
- Strong technical foundation with exposure to Insurtech, data analytics, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with modern technology ecosystems such as hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks, Snowflake, and emerging AI/ML tools.
- Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions and related tools, enabling informed client discussions.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time

Job Summary The Executive Assistant supports senior and executive leadership with all daily, monthly and quarterly responsibilities related to internal and external stakeholders.
