• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn and cold calling. • Assessing or creating opportunities for NB’s Products. • Qualifying the prospect and systematically introducing Sales to engage further. • Ability to seed ideas, tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention towards NB. • Attending industry events and educational workshops as required. • Should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors. • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. • Updating the CRM system on a regular basis. • Utilising virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers. • Creating target account list based on ICP.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing
- Must have SaaS experience
- Knowledge and experience of US Market segment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
