Paid Media Strategist

TripleDart - Extended B2B SaaS Growth Team

• Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to generate and accelerate the pipeline for your clientele. • Develop and implement a broad range of highly targeted, multi-channel ABM programs and campaigns intended to increase engagement, build pipelines and accelerate revenue in key accounts • Build a high-performing team: Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing team of passionate marketers about numbers and performance. • Own campaign execution end-to-end, including account selection, copy and content development, analysis, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate with internal/external content Marketing and Product Marketing teams to develop messaging and content tailored to our audience • Use analytics and insights to profile and target ideal target accounts and contacts. • Coordinating ideation, creation, deployment, and analytics across multiple internal teams. • Maintaining a robust and diverse pipeline of optimization tests for each client you are assigned. • Driving macro and micro conversion improvements across high-growth marketing channels. • Analyzing and tracking KPIs, leveraging performance data to both identify optimization within existing funnels and unlock new growth opportunities. • Improving CRO Program efficiency by designing and maintaining systems, training, SOPs, etc. • Document, automate, and optimize experimentation processes and growth loops.

Job Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years of actual B2B/SaaS Paid Media experience and can get results for our clients.
  • Proven track record of launching successful campaigns in paid media channels and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Experienced working with complex data sets to make data-informed decisions and sharing thoughtful insights.
  • Working knowledge of account-based marketing and ABM tools.
  • Deep knowledge ideally across Search and social (programmatic is a bonus)
  • Distinct crush on the SaaS market and a unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS clients.
  • Experienced with Web tracking, CRM & analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, DataStudio, Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
  • Ability to articulate strategy and translate it to data that speaks for itself
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • You're quality-obsessed when it comes to numbers but haven't lost your obsession with advertising as well.
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
