We Are Praetorian Praetorian is defined by raw intensity, fearless candor, and a relentless drive. This is who we are. We are looking for high-performing, mission-aligned individuals. We prioritize performance over politics and purpose over transaction. This environment is built for those who seek ownership and impact. Is Praetorian the right fit for you? If you are someone who obsesses over the problem, defaults to open communication, and wants to work with a team that refuses to accept mediocrity—then you have found your home. The Mission Praetorian is an expert-driven offensive security company. Our mission is to prevent breaches before they occur. We help organizations shift from an "assume breach" mentality to adopting offensive security as a core strategy of prevention. We don’t just find bugs; we solve the root cause. We are building a future without compromise, and we need people who run toward the fire. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a Demand Generation Expert who builds things end to end and doesn't wait for permission to start. You're not a campaign coordinator. You're an operator — someone who sees the pipeline gap, engineers the solution, and ships it before someone else has finished defining the problem. You believe great marketing is built, not managed, and that AI is the most powerful tool in your stack. How You Operate You move fast, learn on your own, and find a way through blockers rather than stopping at them. You prioritize pipeline impact over activity metrics and choose clarity over complexity in everything you build. We look for marketers with a bias for action — people who own the funnel end to end, build around constraints, and are as comfortable pulling analytics as they are writing copy. You reach for AI and automation instinctively, using them to build at a speed and scale that would otherwise require a full team behind you. What You Will Own - Own the Pipeline: Independently build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs — from audience targeting through nurture sequences — that consistently deliver qualified pipeline aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile. - Drive Full-Funnel Strategy: Own top-of-funnel awareness through pipeline contribution and revenue influence, with clear funnel math from MQL to closed-won revenue and the reporting to prove it. - Activate ABM: Build and optimize Account Based Marketing programs targeting enterprise security buyers — CISOs, Security Engineers, and DevOps leaders — at Fortune 500 organizations. - Operationalize Intent: Activate buyer intent signals from tools like 6sense to drive timely, relevant outreach that shortens sales cycles and improves conversion rates at priority accounts. - Build With AI: Use AI and automation tools to build campaigns, copy, sequences, and reporting infrastructure at a pace that makes your output look like a team's — this is your primary lever, not a bonus capability. - Report What Matters: Deliver executive-ready dashboards that tie marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue, giving leadership real-time confidence in marketing's contribution to growth. - Partner With Sales: Maintain tight alignment between demand programs and pipeline goals — reducing CAC while increasing qualified lead volume quarter over quarter. What You Bring - The Foundation: 3+ years of experience in demand generation or a closely related role, with a proven track record of driving pipeline in a B2B environment using both inbound and outbound motions. - Technical Fluency: Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools — hands-on experience with HubSpot, SEMrush, 6sense, buffer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics. - AI-Native Execution: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build campaigns, content, and automated workflows faster and more efficiently than traditional methods — not just familiarity, but active use. - Analytical Instincts: Comfort with test statistics, experimental design, and campaign optimization — you make decisions from data and you build the dashboards yourself. - The "Plus One" Edge: Prior experience in cybersecurity or a technical B2B environment. Experience running ABM programs at scale. Familiarity with buyer intent platforms and how to operationalize those signals. Certifications in digital marketing or related fields. A Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. If This Position Is Wildly Successful, In One Year You Will Have: - Built and scaled a multi-channel demand generation engine that consistently delivers qualified pipeline aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile, with clear funnel math from MQL through closed-won revenue - Reduced Customer Acquisition Cost while increasing qualified lead volume, demonstrating measurable ROI across paid, organic, and ABM channels - Established a repeatable campaign framework — from audience targeting through nurture sequences — that the team can operationalize and scale without starting from scratch each quarter - Delivered executive-ready dashboards and reporting that tie marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue, giving leadership confidence in marketing's contribution to growth - Activated buyer intent signals from tools like 6sense to drive timely, relevant outreach that shortens sales cycles and improves conversion rates - Integrated AI tools into the demand gen stack in ways that meaningfully increased campaign velocity, improved personalization at scale, and freed up time for higher-leverage strategic work - Become the go-to expert on our technical buyer personas, translating their pain points into campaigns that resonate and convert #LI-DNI Why Praetorian? We offer a culture built on high performance and deep ownership. - Elite Talent: Work alongside the top 1% of the industry—composed exclusively of high performers who raise the bar. - Our DNA: We are defined by action, grit, and uncompromising transparency. We move fast, take on hard problems, and choose clarity over comfort—because that’s how meaningful work gets done. - Impact: Your work directly protects the world's most critical organizations.
