• Own day-to-day operations across clinical operations, patient experience, fulfillment, and internal workflows • Build and continuously improve scalable operating processes that balance speed, quality, cost, and compliance • Serve as the integrator across teams, ensuring priorities are aligned and executed • Establish and run the company operating cadence: KPIs, dashboards, weekly/monthly business reviews, and accountability rhythms • Build a data-driven operating culture where decisions are guided by leading indicators, not anecdotes • Act as the CEO’s right-hand operator, translating strategy into clear operating plans, priorities, and execution • Drive cross-functional alignment, surface risks early, and ensure follow-through on company-wide initiatives • Partner closely with the CMO and clinical leadership to ensure: Clear clinical authority boundaries, Safe, compliant, and scalable care delivery • Partner with Finance to improve unit economics, margin discipline, and operational efficiency • Build, improve, and troubleshoot MEDvidi’s operational systems and tooling • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance • Go deep into operational data and workflows to identify root causes of issues across capacity, throughput, quality, and patient experience • Build, lead, and develop high-performing operational teams
Job Requirements
- 12–18 years of operations leadership experience
- Prior experience in health tech, virtual care, healthcare services, or other regulated healthcare environments
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a growth-stage company
- Strong financial and operational fluency - you understand unit economics, not just process
- Experience working closely with clinical leadership, providers, and compliance teams
- Builder mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete systems
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
