• Assist in the development and execution of regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. • Develop a strong understanding of value-based care program/model operational and financial frameworks and assist in the development and execution of strategies for success in these programs and models. • Monitor program or model updates and changes, analyze their implications on company operations, identify operational gaps, and coordinate appropriate responses. • Support analysis of new value-based care models and best practices to identify opportunities. • Stay up to date on regulatory changes and emerging trends in value-based care and integrate this knowledge into the organization’s strategies. • Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, compliance, operations, performance, product, analytics, and clinical teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are effectively integrated and maintained, and to support success in value-based care programs and models. • Participate in regulatory discussions and audits to advocate for the company's interests and ensure compliance, including the reporting of suspected fraud, waste and abuse. • Support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. • Assist and support advocacy and government relations matters on behalf of the organization

Key responsibilities - Lead, implement, and continuously enhance the regional Ethics & Compliance program in alignment with global standards and expectations. - Partner closely with global Ethics & Compliance program owners across healthcare compliance, anti‑bribery and corruption, antitrust, data privacy, trade compliance, and human rights. - Provide strategic and operational Ethics & Compliance support to Managing Directors, senior leaders, and key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Operations. - Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting sound ethical decision‑making in complex and fast‑moving environments. This role places a strong emphasis on Healthcare Compliance and Business Partner Risk Management. Leadership & organization You will have direct people management responsibility for: - Compliance Officer, DACH & Benelux - Compliance Officer, South Europe & Latin America - Analytics Manager You will provide clear strategic direction, people leadership, and organizational development for the regional Ethics & Compliance team, fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What you will do - Develop, deliver, and sponsor relevant and timely Ethics & Compliance training and education, including participation in national and regional sales meetings, conventions, leadership forums, and new‑hire onboarding. - Be accountable for strengthening Business Partner Risk Management, both regionally and globally, providing leadership and direction to a dedicated team to mature risk‑based due diligence, risk tiering and mitigation, and the effectiveness of third‑party compliance controls. - Act as a strong advocate for responsible leadership and ethical decision‑making across all regions. - Establish, evaluate, and use metrics and data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Support and assist the Global Internal Investigations function in relation to regional matters. - Build strong, trusted relationships with Legal, Finance, HR, Medical Affairs, Internal Audit, and business leadership. You will bring To be successful in this position, you bring: - Master of Law, LL.M, M.Sc., or other relevant academic degree. - Minimum 10+ years of relevant Ethics & Compliance experience, including senior leadership exposure. - Strong experience within MedTech, Life Sciences, or similarly regulated industries is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in Business Partner / Third‑Party Risk Management, including risk‑based due diligence design, calibration, and effectiveness. - Experience working across multiple regions and cultures, ideally within Europe and/or Latin America.
