Role Description The IT Scrum Master is responsible for championing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient project delivery. This role serves as a facilitator, coach, and leader for Agile teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile principles and practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or commensurate experience. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications. - 5 - 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment. - Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and project tracking. - Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, and GAMP 5 and experience in applying compliance principles is a plus. - Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Required For This Opportunity - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience). - 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead supporting IT or cloud-based development teams. The targeted base salary range for this role is $105,000-$158,000 per year.
