Job Description

Contract Producer – Virtual Instructor-Led Workshops

Shockingly Different Leadership

• Support all 3-6 hour courses: pre-production, during workshop, and post-production • Coordinate and upload all presentation materials, include slide deck, handouts, activities, etc. • Start the meeting when it is time • Be primary support for workshop facilitator; help the Facilitator manage time, field chat questions, introduce questions when timing is appropriate, and take notes for Facilitators • Moderate online training sessions, tracking lessons learned to help create documentation on best practices • Provide feedback and reporting issues with the platform, as well as provide feedback on Facilitator and participant engagement to the Account team

Job Requirements

  • Must have a college degree
  • Deep knowledge of online tools such as WebEx, Zoom, Go-To-Meeting and Adobe Connect
  • Deep experience with WebEx a strong plus
  • 1-3 years experience in facilitating soft skills, management or leadership development workshops
  • 1-2 years experience setting up/producing online events
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have own computer, speaker/headset, broadband high speed internet connection, and webcam
  • Be comfortable on camera and have a presentable home office
  • Familiarity with operating systems to help diagnose issues with connecting speakers, webcams and microphones
  • Understand how browser access is imperative to helping participants join the session and engage

Summary The Associate Digital Producer (ADP) – Science is responsible for supporting the digital development of K–12 Science products within the Science team. Under the leadership of the Supervising Digital Producer, the ADP will own the Science maintenance queue, manage assessment production in partnership with LearningMate, and grow into broader digital production support over time. This position works closely with Editorial, Instructional Design, Production Management, and external vendors (LearningMate and Aptara) to ensure that digital products are delivered on schedule and to a high standard of quality. The ADP will directly impact K–12 Science education by helping bring accessible, high-quality digital learning products to market on the Savvas Realize platform. The role requires a high degree of flexibility, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn client-specific databases, processes, and platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets, thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and has a strong interest in education and technology. Primary Responsibilities - Be a key participant in teams of Editors, Designers, QA, and Senior Producers working on innovative product offerings. - Contributes to managing the digital aspect of projects and budgets to meet and not exceed the development budgets and deliver the products on time with high quality. - Works with editorial experts to develop program content within the digital program platform and print components. - Manages the delivery and quality of digital components, coordinating vendors and internal teams. - Participates in production review cycles and attends digital producer team and department meetings. - Ensures content meets functionality and accessibility standards in coordination with platform and QA teams. - Makes independent decisions to select processes and tools. - Follows current trends and research on innovations and educational technology. - Manages and triages incoming maintenance issues.
