Senior Manager Product Management- Marketing Solutions

OEC

OEC provides software solutions to those who work in the automotive parts and repair industry. Our solutions make it easier for automotive industry professionals to buy and sell parts, conduct repair research & planning, optimize estimates, improve the parts supply chain, and more. OEC partners with many of the world’s largest manufacturers, dealers and suppliers, shops and repairers, and service providers, giving our customers access to a comprehensive network and a streamlined workflow. About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused product leader to guide and grow our eMarketing product portfolio. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing product team, shape the vision and roadmap for our marketing technology solutions, and partner closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver products that drive real customer and business impact. You’ll balance strategy with execution—owning product direction from discovery through launch and optimization—while serving as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence how our eMarketing and broader eCommerce solutions scale, perform, and win in the market. What You’ll Do Lead & Develop the Team - Lead, coach, and mentor the eMarketing product team, setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and growth, supporting career development and internal mobility. - Recruit, hire, and onboard top product talent, ensuring new team members are set up for success from day one. Own Product Strategy & Execution - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for eMarketing solutions, aligned with company objectives and customer needs. - Drive adoption, quality, and performance at scale across channels and formats. - Champion modern product management and Agile best practices across the team. Customer & Market Leadership - Partner directly with customers, national accounts, and third parties to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and inform product decisions. - Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive solutions to identify new growth opportunities. - Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the product line internally and externally. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver against financial and customer commitments. - Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and success metrics throughout the product lifecycle. Business & Financial Ownership - Own product-level P&L, including investment planning and return on investment. - Define pricing, packaging, and positioning that clearly differentiates offerings and reinforces value propositions. Thought Leadership & Evangelism - Create and deliver compelling presentations for internal and external audiences, including customer briefings and industry events. - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and industry leaders. What You Bring Experience - 10+ years in product management or product development, including ownership of large-scale platforms or implementations. - Proven experience building AdTech or MarTech products. - 4+ years leading and developing people managers and/or direct reports. - Strong expertise in Agile frameworks and modern product management practices. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua, particularly for email campaigns and lead nurturing. - Experience with measurement and attribution solutions. Skills & Competencies - Strong product leadership mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. - Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data and integrations. - Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging to different audiences and influence outcomes. - Analytical, data-driven problem solver who thrives in complex environments. - Collaborative leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams. - Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a fast-moving business. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Additional Details - Travel required approximately 10–15% (about 1–2 days per month). Benefits & Perks - Full benefits starting Day 1: Medical, Dental, and Vision - 401(k) with company match - Unlimited Flex Time Off plus 10 company-paid holidays - Remote-first role with monthly communication stipend - Professional development programs, tuition assistance, and quarterly book program - Free wellness coaching and pet insurance - Home office equipment stipend - Employee resource groups and exclusive employee discounts What makes working at OEC awesome? It varies from employee to employee. For some, it's the flexibility - whether it's remote work or a hybrid or in-person role, OEC takes our teams across multiple time zones and international communities. For others, it's the strong sense of camaraderie and community that celebrates both individuals and team-driven contributions. Or it could be the empowerment and how the team is encouraged to take risks, learn, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. But no matter what gets us out of bed in the morning, our whole global community is inspired to be forward thinking and drive innovative solutions for the automotive parts and repair industry.
