Job Description
GTM Data Analyst
Nivoda
Location: Remote (US & European Hours) Nivoda: Where Innovation and Gemstones Meet At Nivoda, we are passionate about empowering jewelry retailers and gemstone suppliers to thrive in today's dynamic market. As the leading B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional platform that connects jewellery businesses of all sizes with the global diamond supply. Our team of over 500 dedicated employees, many with a wealth of industry experience, have meticulously developed our award-winning platform that addresses the unique challenges of the jewellery sector. With Nivoda, you can buy and sell diamonds securely, efficiently, hassle-free, and at the most competitive prices. Our Mission 💎 The idea of Nivoda was inspired by the ongoing inefficiency of diamond trading. We set out to develop the solution to help businesses, regardless of their size or location, increase their sales and margins, whilst removing the operational burden of sourcing diamonds. About the Role ⭐️ We’re hiring a GTM Analyst to partner closely with our RevOps Leader and help build the analytical foundation of Nivoda’s revenue engine. This role is for someone who loves understanding how growth really works; where deals get stuck, why conversion moves, and how small system or process changes can unlock outsized revenue impact. You’ll sit across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, turning raw GTM data into insights, dashboards, and recommendations that directly influence decisions at every level of the business. This is an execution-first, problem-solving role with real ownership and visibility - ideal for someone who wants to grow into senior RevOps, GTM strategy, or revenue leadership over time. What would you be doing? 🤔 1. Turn GTM Data Into Clarity Build visibility across the entire revenue funnel: - Own core GTM dashboards across lead → opportunity → revenue → retention. - Track funnel performance, conversion rates, sales velocity, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. - Proactively surface insights; not just what’s happening, but where the bottlenecks and opportunities are. Your impact: Leadership and GTM teams have a single, trusted source of truth for performance and priorities. 2. Support Funnel Optimisation Help make the revenue funnel perform like a machine: - Analyse funnel drop-offs, slowdowns, and inconsistencies across regions and segments. - Partner with RevOps to measure the impact of new lead routing, scoring, automation, and experiments. - Monitor performance of GTM initiatives and flag early signals - good or bad. Your impact: Faster feedback loops and measurable improvements in conversion and velocity. 3. Forecasting & Performance Tracking Bring rigor and insight to revenue planning: - Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting alongside RevOps, Sales, and Finance. - Track actuals vs forecast and help identify root causes of variance. - Build views that help teams understand performance against targets in real time. Your impact: More predictable outcomes and fewer surprises. 4. Data, Systems & Foundations Help scale clean, reliable GTM data: - Work hands-on with CRM and GTM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability. - Maintain clear metric definitions and reporting logic as the business scales. - Partner with RevOps on improving dashboards, data models, and automation outputs. Your impact: Clean data that teams actually trust and use. 5. Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis Support high-impact GTM decisions: - Build analyses for territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and performance benchmarking. - Support leadership questions with fast, thoughtful analysis. - Act as an analytical thought partner to RevOps as the GTM model evolves. Your impact: Better decisions, backed by evidence instead of instinct alone. What do we need from you? 😎 - 3-5+ years experience in a GTM analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or Strategy role. - Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable working with messy data and ambiguous questions. - Experience working with CRM data and building dashboards or performance reports - Salesforce experience is a strong plus. - Commercially minded with strong business instinct - you don’t just report numbers, you understand why they matter and design insights that change behaviour and move revenue. - Clear communicator - able to explain insights to operators and senior stakeholders. - Curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments. Nice to Have - Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace business. - Exposure to BI tools, SQL, or advanced analytics. - Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, or CS workflows. What Success Looks Like - GTM dashboards are accurate, trusted, and used weekly by leadership. - Funnel and performance issues are spotted early - not after revenue is missed. - Forecasting becomes more accurate and easier to manage. - RevOps can move faster because analytical groundwork is already in place. - GTM teams feel aligned, informed, and focused on the right levers. Why Nivoda - Work directly with a senior RevOps leader building the function from the ground up. - High visibility and exposure to CRO, Sales, and Finance leadership. - Real ownership, real impact, and fast learning. - Join a hyper-growth company transforming a global industry. Our culture and what we offer 😉 At Nivoda, we believe that employees today want to evolve in a collaborative, high-growth environment where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally. We are convinced that employees need to find alignment between their inner values and their company’s culture and mission to unlock their full potential. We work to create a culture of empowerment, continuous learning and growth where everyone can bring expertise, own projects and easily measure their impact. Dynamic working environment in a rapidly growing company. Enjoy a pleasant, low-hierarchy work environment. Engage in intellectually challenging work that contributes significantly to Nivoda’s success and scalability. Our current benefits 🕰️ Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture 💻 Remote work 🏥 Private health insurance to keep you at your peak 🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning 💳 Flexible compensation card for meals, transport and childcare 🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase Nivoda is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to promoting diversity.
