• Be part of the Retention-Store/Subscriptions squads acting as an expert within our optimization metrics and working on the brainstorming and management of test ideas backlog • Expand CRO capabilities and process cross-company to enable activation and retention teams to better outline experiments and growth strategies (Email Marketing, Coupon Strategies, Shapermint Club, Loyalty Program, Referral, Stores, Checkouts, App, etc) • Develop the web testing and personalization strategy and roadmap • Develop and implement cross-teams the entire testing process from beginning to end and from ideation through analysis and retrospectives • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO • Establish a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the organization

• Analyze website pages and funnels to identify potential areas for improvement • Support the creation and optimization of landing pages together with the team • Assist in planning and running A/B tests (from hypothesis to analysis) • Work with web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or similar) to understand user behavior • Contribute to generating data-driven hypotheses for improving conversion rates • Participate in competitor and user research to better understand audience needs • Collaborate with user acquisition, product, and development teams

The Role As part of the larger Conversions team, Associate Conversion Data Analysts extract data from customers' legacy databases, analyze that data and then create data maps to customer’s new Bloomerang databases. You will translate non-technical customer requests to technical documents for engineers to implement in code. This role requires a high level of detail, creative thinking and collaboration between teams. Imagine a 1,000 piece puzzle where every piece is missing one connecting side. What You Will Do - Export client data from legacy databases via front-end reports and full database backups - Research client’s legacy data and create data maps to their Bloomerang database - Test results of data mapping & coding - Provide feedback and recommendations to the Conversion Project Manager and Conversion Engineer teams about data issues, code limitations and industry best practices. - Create documentation for new legacy databases, export guides and process changes - Work on more entry-level & templated data conversions - Become a subject matter expert for migrating data and have an in-depth understanding of Bloomerang’s capabilities & limitations in regards to migrating data. - Develop a firm understanding of non-profit/Bloomerang best practices and apply that knowledge to data conversion projects - Fully grasp Bloomerang's default code functions to help troubleshoot data errors What You Need to Succeed - 1-2 yrs experience with database conversions/database mapping - Experience with relational databases - Moderate skill level in SQL - Excel expert - Ability to communicate at a technical level, and able to translate technical information to non-technical team members verbally and in writing - Must be extremely detail oriented and have a very curious nature - Experience testing/QA of data - Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission. Compensation The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $57,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only).
