Senior Conversion Optimization Expert – 4-day workweek

• Active conversion architecture (hands-on): Independently optimize and design landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout processes. • Build and operate a testing engine: Establish a reliable testing process. • End-to-end funnel transparency: Map and optimize complete customer journeys for our core areas and eliminate targeted drop-off points. • Improve lead quality (lead scoring): Design and implement behavior-based scoring models. • Data-to-action roadmap: Identify and prioritize high-impact measures. • Stakeholder management: Act as the interface between marketing and IT.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid experience in conversion optimization
- Highly confident using VWO or comparable testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Varify), GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Technical understanding on par with developers: CMS, HTML, CSS; ideally JavaScript
- Deep expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, hypothesis development, and data-driven decision making
- Strong instinct for conversion-focused content, modern web design, and a user-friendly, consistent brand experience
- Clear reporting and structured documentation of hypotheses, tests, and results
- Nice to have, but not required: Experience in B2B and SaaS environments, especially in scalable growth strategies, funnel optimization, and lead scoring

The Role As part of the larger Conversions team, Associate Conversion Data Analysts extract data from customers' legacy databases, analyze that data and then create data maps to customer’s new Bloomerang databases. You will translate non-technical customer requests to technical documents for engineers to implement in code. This role requires a high level of detail, creative thinking and collaboration between teams. Imagine a 1,000 piece puzzle where every piece is missing one connecting side. What You Will Do - Export client data from legacy databases via front-end reports and full database backups - Research client’s legacy data and create data maps to their Bloomerang database - Test results of data mapping & coding - Provide feedback and recommendations to the Conversion Project Manager and Conversion Engineer teams about data issues, code limitations and industry best practices. - Create documentation for new legacy databases, export guides and process changes - Work on more entry-level & templated data conversions - Become a subject matter expert for migrating data and have an in-depth understanding of Bloomerang’s capabilities & limitations in regards to migrating data. - Develop a firm understanding of non-profit/Bloomerang best practices and apply that knowledge to data conversion projects - Fully grasp Bloomerang's default code functions to help troubleshoot data errors What You Need to Succeed - 1-2 yrs experience with database conversions/database mapping - Experience with relational databases - Moderate skill level in SQL - Excel expert - Ability to communicate at a technical level, and able to translate technical information to non-technical team members verbally and in writing - Must be extremely detail oriented and have a very curious nature - Experience testing/QA of data - Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.
