• Active conversion architecture (hands-on): Independently optimize and design landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout processes. • Build and operate a testing engine: Establish a reliable testing process. • End-to-end funnel transparency: Map and optimize complete customer journeys for our core areas and eliminate targeted drop-off points. • Improve lead quality (lead scoring): Design and implement behavior-based scoring models. • Data-to-action roadmap: Identify and prioritize high-impact measures. • Stakeholder management: Act as the interface between marketing and IT.

• You design and develop high-performance, responsive user interfaces using Livewire, Flux UI and Alpine.js • You translate business requirements into well-thought-out frontend architectures • You break down complex requirements into clear technical concepts • You build robust integrations between frontend, backend and business logic • You work with high quality standards: code reviews, testing, refactoring and documentation • You analyze existing frontend solutions and optimize them for performance, stability and maintainability • You actively contribute to architecture and technology decisions • You evaluate new technologies and patterns

• Responsible for the technical foundation of the e-commerce systems • Develop stable, maintainable backend and API solutions with PHP and Laravel • Build and maintain robust backend functionality with PHP/Laravel; REST APIs, ERP integrations and data processing pipelines with very high availability • Successfully implement third‑party integrations; reliable webhook flows and consistent data synchronization • Ensure intuitive, responsive user interfaces; deliver measurable efficiency improvements to internal workflows • Continuously optimize the codebase; reduce technical debt; actively participate in code reviews • Collaborate closely with the team and proactively contribute new ideas

• Development, creation and review of workflows and automations • Onboarding and offboarding of internal users, as well as management of roles and permissions • Building and maintaining a sustainable permissions system in close coordination with the operational teams • Internal HubSpot support for our teams and internal admins • Advising and enabling employees to get the most out of HubSpot (training/workshops) • Creation and management of database properties, reports/dashboards, and communication channels
